Jemina McCarter Ballard will virtually sit down with Tenesha Danielle Batiste, Candidate for Mayor of the City of Moss Point. The definition of VISIONER is a person who converts a vision into reality. Tenesha has a new vision in her sights and is working to make it a reality.

Tenesha Danielle Batiste is the founder/owner of Tenesha & Company, a full-service event planning and HR consulting firm. Tenesha is also a certified professional trainer, speaker, and trained mediator.

Tenesha’s career began as the director of Human Resources for the City of Moss Point. At Singing River Health System, she launched the organization’s corporate university, SRHS University. At the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, she served as district director of Human Resources, dean of Business Services, and associate vice president of Institutional Advancement. She later returned to the City of Moss Point’s chief human resources officer and serves as the human resources director for Moss Point School District.

Tenesha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from Tougaloo College. She also holds a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from American Intercontinental University. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Human Capital Development from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Tenesha is happily married to Pastor Tony R. Batiste and they reside in Moss Point, MS.

Producer @aloysiusballard had an idea to bring some positivity virtually to households all over the world during Thanksgiving. @BEPSNetwork was the vehicle that launched it into reality.
